Returns & Exchanges

We do accept refunds only if the box is unopened and the hair extension is unused.

Refunds are accepted on unopened, unused hair extensions returned within 14 days of delivery. The box must be sealed and the hair extension must be completely unused. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which may be waived if the product is returned in new, unopened condition.

For all returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You have 72 hours to report any damage or defects.

Although extremely uncommon, products may occasionally arrive damaged or defective during transit. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact order@beuprofessional.com within 72 hours of receiving your package so our team can assist you.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for store credit, email order@beuprofessional.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Await Approval

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day during support hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

STEP 03

Ship Your Return

For all approved returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ship the item in its original, unopened packaging.

STEP 04

Receive Store Credit or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your store credit will be issued or your exchange will be processed. The 10% restocking fee may apply.
