Compare our shade chart to your hair in natural daylight. Match the mid-lengths, not the roots. If you're between two shades, always choose the lighter option - extensions can be toned by a professional, but cannot be lightened at home.
With proper care: K-Tip 3–6 months, Tape-In 6–8 weeks per application (reusable up to 3 times), Genius Weft and Machine Weft 6–9 months, Clip-In extensions last 12+ months with daily wear care.
Yes. Be U extensions accept toner, deposit color, and can be customized by a professional. We do not recommend bleaching or high-lift color. Always perform a strand test before any chemical service.

Unopened extensions may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken, extensions cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We strongly recommend comparing your shade in natural daylight before opening.
Use Be U Removal Solution - apply directly to the tape bond, wait 30–60 seconds, then gently slide the extension away. Never pull or force the bond. Shampoo thoroughly after full removal.
Use sulfate-free, bond-safe products only. Wash every 2–3 days, brush from ends upward, apply heat protectant before styling, and book maintenance every 6–8 weeks. See our full Use & Care Guide for detailed instructions.
